Project Overview – A beautiful home with a unique look, 1 Sammut Crescent incorporates a range of quality materials compromising of a ground floor old-style rustic brick and a colourbond finished first floor, giving the property a unique industrial look and feel. Being in a flood zone the team had to engineer the building foundations and structure to suit stringent requirements as well as extensive sewer encasement and lining works. Overall, the build was completed with beautiful and modern internal finishes, outlining the level of detail, thought and planning that was put into this beautiful home.
