Design and Construct (D&C)
We work closely with our preferred external design consultants to develop, coordinate and manage innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients whilst ensuring the design brief and specifications are met.
Cost Planning
Finesse Group provides complimentary cost planning and budgeting services to our clients. Our cost planning services applies current market rates at the early stages of the development cycle providing reliable confidence in key financial outcomes, feasibility analysis and funding approvals.
Managing Contractor Services
Finesse Group has extensive experience in project delivery as a managing contractor. Our service driven teams utilise the latest project management and reporting systems to ensure trade contractors are effectively managed and timely and accurate information is provided.
Lump Sum Construct Only
Our lump sum construct only prices, utilise tried tested and qualified subcontractors,when combined with our efficient and economicalcompany structure, ensure a competitive market price.
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is a term we like to use to provide our clients with surety that their project will not exceed the provided budget. We basically work backwards from the maximum price a client wants to spend and try to provide a build that is suitable to the client without breaking the budget. This type of service works well when clients don’t have a final design however can’t exceed a certain budget.
Early Contractor Involvement
At Finesse Projects we truly believe in getting involved in a project from its onset. We can work with our clients through the planning and development phase by driving this process from the beginning,utilising useful management tools such as a Principle Project Requirements brief, identifying the key elements of the project andproviding clarity and the direction that the project or development requires.
We call this our Early Contractor Involvement or ECI process. Before a property is acquired or a project commences, Finesse Projects can be engaged to manage and assistour clients throughout the DA Design all the way to Construction handover. We liaise with all the relevant project stakeholders regarding the design and ensure the construction processruns as seamlessly as possible.
