Project Overview – This existing two bedroom home upgrade was tailored to suit the clients budget. Finesse Group was engaged to construct the first-floor addition turning the dwelling into a five-bedroom home, with two new bathrooms, ensuite, a new kitchen and open plan living area. This upgrade also factored in disability access and a compliant accessible bathroom to allow those members of the family to access that space.
